Alison began her real estate career in 2003, apprenticing under a top performing real estate sales team at Coldwell Banker, where she was instrumental in the closing of numerous luxury real estate transactions. With a strong background in public relations and design, and a degree in Communications from the University of Southern California, Alison is a versatile, creative, and highly effective sales professional with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market in Newport Beach and surrounding coastal communities. Along with her partner, Katie Werner Dickerson, who is also a second-generation native of Newport Beach, Alison specializes in the premier coastal neighborhoods. Active in her community and a member of the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, Alison currently resides on Lido Island with her husband and their newborn son.
