With her strong background in real estate investment, project management and interior design, Katie offers a sophisticated understanding of Orange County’s luxury real estate market. Born and raised in Newport Beach, and holding a degree in Communications from the University of Southern California, Katie’s social connectivity paired with her comprehensive knowledge of surrounding beach communities allow her to effectively anticipate and serve the needs of her clients. A valuable member of one of HOM’s most dynamic sales teams, Katie has completed over $7M in transactions this year alone. She and her partner Alison Eastman specialize in the coastal communities including the Balboa Peninsula, Lido Island and Bayshores. An avid tennis player and a member of Newport Harbor Yacht Club, Katie lives on Lido Island with her husband and their two young children.
