Lorene has sold approximately 1200 homes ranging from stacked-flat condominiums on leased land to multi-million dollar homes on the water. Her expertise is construction, design and creative negotiation. Although she has won numerous awards for sales, she counts her listening and communication skills as the achievements that benefit her clients most.Born and raised in Southern California by a builder father and an artist/hairdresser mother, Lorene has worked for Orange and San Diego county land developers and production builders for over 20 years. She was graduated cum laude from the University of California at Irvine with a degree in Psychology and earned a California Real Estate Broker's license in 1983. When she isn't selling homes, you can find her on a 50-mile bike ride, working in her garden or knee deep in her latest art project.
